She is trained in a range of psychological models including mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, evidenced to be helpful in promoting meaningful change.
